Apart from the promo, wanna keep track on my review after consuming this for a month. Honestly I have completely forgotten about taking tablets or pills 💊 form of health products. I invested a lot of diff health products and by far this is the easiest and struggle-free experience on consuming a health product.
Firstly because everyday I just need to take one spoon size of amount and it takes like juice! Very concentrated kind juice and unlike my previous experience on taking tablet form or powder form of health products, this makes me falling in love with their product.
If you ask me to point out the drawback of it, probably just because I can’t bring it around easily and have to store into the fridge and consume within 1-2 months (depending on which product you get) but they do give extra travel size for us to bring around and put it into our bag.
The rest is just doing good on me. I consuming Udo’s Oil, Saludynam and Epresat. I love Udo’s Oil as it’s rich on OMEGA 3,6,9. It’s so hard to get 3 omega into this 1 product in the market so I’m glad that I have tried this. If you followed me & watched my stories you probably knew how much I would love to have Udo’s oil everyday. Just need to give a spoon on top of the meal, salad or into my favorite juice and soup. SO EASY!
For Saludynam i take around 30ml once daily right before bedtime (empty stomach) and Epresat is 10ml once daily after meal! Both is a botanic beverage mix and especially the Saludynam, it taste just like a thicker version of fruit juice. You can either drink it right away or dilute it into a cup of water.
For Saludynam it’s more of Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D3 & Zinc while Epresat is rich in Vitamin A, B1,B2,B3,B6, Vitamin C, D & E. So with all of these you can get a balance from all the benefits of the botanical supplements.

Hip Thrust is one of the posterior chain exercises. As we know that most people are normally quads dominated (myself). Quads are must stronger than the posterior chain. However, remember that Glutes are our engine.
The posterior chain is good for all athletes: Long distance runner, sprinter, basketball players, football players, rugby players, volleyball players, rowers...
This is the reason that would like to train my trainees to train their posterior chain 3 times more than the anterior chain. Correct. Back is more important than the Front, especially female fat loss trainees.
